It Follows Test Movie

A group of teens in a suburban nowheresville that feels out of time are stalked by an invisible, inexplicable force in Mitchell’s menacing horror fable. Echoing “Casting the Runes” and Ringu (The Ring), yet with its own distinct physicality, It Follows concerns a curse that, once it infects its young victims, results in their endless, mindless pursuit by slow-moving yet deadly human figures of different shapes, sizes, and ages. And only the victim can see them. Mitchell’s film is daringly abstract in concept yet frighteningly tactile in consequence, and provides endless variations on how to use the movie frame to create cinematic fear.
